WHERE MUSIC MEETS COMMUNITY.
The Milk Run Music Fest brings local and visiting musicians together for a weekend of performances around Wrangell.
There isn't one giant festival venue. Shows happen in different spaces around town, from outdoor concerts and family-friendly performances to evening shows and late-night sets.
The smaller venues keep performers and audiences close, and it's entirely possible to watch someone play one night and run into them over coffee the next morning.
MORE THAN
JUST MUSIC
Music anchors the weekend, but programming may also include art exhibits, films, workshops, open mic sessions, community games and family activities.
Past festivals have included opportunities to explore songwriting, photography and other creative work alongside the artists themselves.
Milk Run is organized locally as a nonprofit festival, with tickets, donations and sponsorships supporting the event.
