GOOD FEEDBACK HELPS
The Wrangell Community Hotline gives residents, visitors and businesses a place to report concerns, flag something that needs attention or recognize someone doing a particularly good job.
That might include a wildlife or safety concern, a maintenance problem on a trail or public facility, traffic or parking issues, or an interaction involving the visitor industry.
Good experiences count, too. If a guide went out of their way to help, a local business provided great service or you noticed someone taking good care of a public place, we'd like to hear about that as well.
Messages are reviewed and, when appropriate, shared with participating businesses, community partners or local agencies. All concerns and complaints are made anonymous before being compiled for reports to the CBW administration.
